Ryanair goes for a new image with first TV ads in 25 years

Ryanair, the low-cost airline with the mouthy CEO and a reputation for brusque and lots of fees, is trying for a new image with three new TV ads. Mouthy CEO Michael O’Leary doesn’t appear: the ads feature well-dressed travelers and families to overcome the idea that Ryanair is only for backpackers.
