USA Today reports on a Delta business traveler who ended up, through a series of mishaps, stranded in Ontario, CA.
When neither airline could figure how her return ticket was cancelled, an Alaska employee named Judy took out her credit card and bought the woman a new ticket home. She told the passenger and co-workers she was “paying it forward,” and to “buy a stranger a coffee” when she got home.
