Bad enough poking people in the eye with a selfie stick! Now the rich and careless among the selfie brigade can take pictures of themselves hanging out the open door of a helicopter high over Manhattan. Why? Because they can, of course!
FlyNYON offers the flights, not only in NYC but also over Miami. The customer pays to go up, gets strapped in , and then the door is opened. The passenger directs the pilot to different attractions, sights and altitudes, while leaning out and shooting pictures…most of which seem to include the passenger’s feet.
The 20-30 minute flights start at $299 per passenger, with a maximum of 4. Video below:
