The Bundeskartellamt, Germany’s competition regulator, said  Booking.com must delete ‘ best price’  clauses from it’s contracts and general terms and conditions that affect hotels in Germany by January 31st.

Booking.com has made changes to it’s ‘best price’ clauses this year allowing hotels to offer cheaper rooms on other Online Travel Agencies , but not on the hotel’s own websites. Booking.com says competition authorities in Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary.
