The Cherry Orchard at the Alnwick Garden, Northumberland, UK, is home to the largest collection of ‘Tai Haku’ in the world. In spring its blossoms fall like snow and gather in drifts.
Prunus ‘Tai haku’ is of medium size and is graced by pure large white single flowers (8 x 10 mm). Young bronze foliage appears eventually turning green before bright red in the autumn.
