Alamo, or The Cube is an outdoor sculpture created by Bernard Rosenthal. It sits in the middle of Astor Place in Greenwich Village, New York City. One fun feature of this sculpture is that it can be rotated by pushing it. Spinning the Cube has been a fun activity since its placement in 1967, especially for students at The Cooper Union, which sits about 100 feet away.
