September 1, 2017: Guanche Chiefs, Cendelaria, Tenerife

Statues of the nine kings (menceys), who ruled the nine aboriginal guanches menceyatos (pre-Hispanic kingdoms) of Tenerife. Currently these are bronze statues, which replaced the original ones that were carved in volcanic stone.
