When traveling on our tour bus in India, we’d make stops every few hours for restroom and tea/snack breaks. These stops invariably also sold a variety of handicrafts, like you can see below.
One of the tea shops we visited had a beautiful bed of poppies, fully in bloom. I think poppies are one of the loveliest flowers to photograph.
When looking beyond the grounds the surrounding countryside was actively farmed. This is a field of canola which I think has finished blooming and is in the seed pod production phase, soon to be harvested. The weather in India is conducive to multiple crops on a given plot of land, sometimes even 3-4 a year.
