Eurostar, the rail service that links the UK with the continent through the Channel Tunnel says its business is slowly growing back to normal as travel restrictions ease, even though there are almost weekly blips in the rules.
From a low of barely operating a couple of trains a day and coming close to bankruptcy, Eurostar is now up to eight round trips a day, five between London and Paris and three serving London and Brussels. One of the Brussels trains each day continues to Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
Mask rules remain in effect on the trains and in stations.
