We get some lovely sunsets in Northern Idaho, and that includes during the winter months. The title photo (above) shows a lodgepole pine silhouetted by the colorful sunset.
I’m especially fond of the photo below, showing the old horse barn in our back yard (scheduled for demolition soon), the Selkirk range in the background, and icicles hanging from our patio roof in the top left corner.
These photos were taken only a few weeks ago. Spring has sprung and the snow is mostly gone. Geese and ducks are migrating north and plants are coming to life. Looking forward to our first full summer in the Idaho panhandle!
