Warner, Alberta, is a small village in the south-central portion of the province’s prairies. The town is home to a fine museum which we recently discussed on this website, the Devil’s Coulee Dinosaur and Heritage Museum.
Across the street from the museum is a community park which highlights the town’s agricultural heritage, including several pieces of antique farm equipment,
Contrasting nicely with the antiques is a (retired) Canadian fighter jet.
It’s a nice community park, especially for such a small community. In my view, it’s a model for what small villages and towns should strive for.
