Danish artist Thomas Dambo has created two giant trolls that share a meal from garbage bins strewn with an assortment of vegetables. The aim is to show visitors the benefits of plant-based, sustainable food for our nutritional health. Not sure about the garbage bins, though!

The sculptures are made from recycled wood from a number of sources: discarded shipping pallets from a hardware store, scraps from a nearby lumber yard and debris from fallen trees. The artist refers to this as “rearranging other people’s trash,” for protection of the land.
