DisneyWorld eliminated their FastPass machines at attractions last month that put return times for priority access to that ride.
Disney is replacing those with FastPass + .Centralized kiosks that offer reservations for as many as three rides and attractions at a time
While it might be a good thing in time ,now only those that stay in the Disney Resorts have access to advance reservations and can change those reservations with an app. Other guests will have to line up at those centralized kiosks until greater access is given to more.
