Picturing Dolls in Different Places?

Almost hard to find the right headline for this question!

We were sitting on a bench along the Champs Elysees in Paris today, when we noticed this woman holding up a silver-colored ballerina doll, and taking pictures of it against different backgrounds.

I think I’ve read before about people who do things like this, and then make albums or webpages of the doll in various cities and settings…but I couldn’t find anything on line, at least with my attempts at search terms.

Anybody have info or a hint?

Thanks!

PHeymont,

I don’t think Travelocity with be pleased to hear you call their cute cheeky gnome a troll.  Trolls are said to be quite hideous.

I was thinking more along the lines of a cute stuffed animal…maybe your wife (who I know is handle with needles) can create something..?

I think the Travelocity gnome expired in my yard.  After my landscape guy did a cleanup I looked out and saw it standing next to a tree from the deck.  I looked again recently and he’d keeled right over and hasn’t moved.  NOW what do I do?

Only one possible thing to do!  Immediate mouth-to-mouth breathing and chest compressions.  If that doesn’t work, there’s always the dumpster!

You’re the doctor, you do it!  I don’t want to touch it either way!
