We’ve previously reported on Bombardier’s delays and budget overruns, with final success in getting its CS100 jet certified and on the market. The Canadian company’s 110 seater is scheduled to enter commercial service in a few months in Europe.
Finally it seems that company may be on the threshold of its “big break”. Delta Airlines CEO, Richard Anderson, said the company is taking a “serious look” at the plane. “We actually think at the right price it’s quite a competitive airplane, particularly given the engine technology….We’re taking a very serious look at it.”
