July 22, 2016: Mill City Museum, Minneapolis

Stark reminder of industrial danger at the former Washburn A Mill, once the largest flour miller in the world—and a building eventually destroyed by fire, though after it closed down.

The Mill City Museum, which explains the milling process and the role of flour in history and economy, was built into the still-standing shell of the building.
