Quebec’s Saint-Honore Kite Festival is in the wind

June 16 to 18 will mark this year’s celebration of Saint-Honore dans l’Vent, literally Saint-Honore in the Wind. It’s an annual kite festival in the scenic Saguenay region, with family-friendly attractions and events added.

The festival, which draws passionate kite-flyers from Germany, England, Italy and the U.S. as well as Canada, features stunt-kites, inflatables of all sizes, indoor kites and even power kites.

This year, there will also be immersive virtual reality experiences, as well as an evening performance of a “grand nocturnal kite ballet,” with kites swaying in the wind to music. For more information from the Festival, click HERE
