PortMoresby alerted us to the beautiful Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. We had to stop by and see this lovely garden with magnificent ocean cliff views ourselves.
The Gardens are located on 47 acres in Fort Bragg California between the coast and Highway 1. There are native forests and bluff plants. The plants brought in really thrive in the Mediterranean coastal climate.
We went in November on a warm and clear day. The view of the ocean from the shore and the cliff house is spectacular.
As you can see, even in November, some plants are in bloom. Can’t wait to go back someday in Spring or Fall.
