If you wondered why Disney’s newest cruise ship Disney Wish has two funnels when modern ships don’t really even need one except as a design element, here’s the answer. The forward funnel contains a fantasy duplex suite.
Called the Wish Tower Suite, it’s decorated with a Moana theme and totals 1,966 square feet, or just slightly smaller than the average U.S. detached single-family home.
Disney said the Wish Tower Suite would have two main bedrooms, a separate children’s bedroom, a library that converts to a fourth bedroom and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Each of the main bedrooms will have king-size beds, walk-in closets and bathrooms with double vanities, soaking tubs and rain showers.
The living room has an open seating area, pantry and a bar, as well as a Moana sculpture that erupts with lights, sound and movie soundtrack when visitors enter. One thing the suite does not have, because of its location: No balcony.
