The Old Mill, Ithaca, New York

The Upper Park section of Robert L Tremane State Park, in Ithaca New York is where you will find a lovely small waterfall—The Old Mill Falls. It is named because this section of the Fish Kill provided power to what is now known as The Old Mill. This beautiful old building, built in 1839 served as a grist mill, and economic engine in the hamlet of Enfield Falls. While the hamlet no longer exists, the mill now serves as a park pavilion and display of artifacts from the history of the area.
