Torrington, Connecticut: Past and Future

Torrington is an old mill town in the northeast corner of Connecticut. It is one of those small cities that has definitely seen better days. But there is an ongoing project to bring back its downtown area. As a result there is a mix of buildings, all of them old, but in different states of repair and occupancy.
