The City Gate to Chester. Built by the Roman Empire from the year 70 AD.In the foreground you can see the remains of a Roman Theatre, unearthed by road works.
No visit to the UK or Europe is complete without at least one visit to a Castle.
Wales had 400 Castles at its Historical peak. Now its just over 100.
