My wife and I came across this attractive old building while exploring Moscow. It's the city's old High School building which opened in 1912. The building is across the street from the current high school, which opened in 1939 and which has since been expanded several times.
The old high school was converted into the 1912 Center, a community building that has a hallway gallery and rotating art exhibits, room rentals, and free services like senior meals, a Winter Market, and Concerts.
I'm glad they didn't tear the old high school down.
