A Few Scenes from Rural Montana

I enjoy traveling by car when time allows, especially as I find flying to be less and less pleasant.  One of my favorite states to cruise through is the “Big Sky” country of Montana.  The scenery is remarkable and varied — from the Rocky Mountains to the prairies.

These snapshots were taken on the road to Philipsburg, a pleasant and relaxing drive between Butte and Missoula.  You’ll see lots of old structures and vehicles.
