Abandoned Barn and Railroad Tracks, Montana

I’m fond of photographing old, abandoned buildings, especially barns.  Fortunately, they’re fairly plentiful around where I live.

This particular barn was located between Hall and Phillipsburg, Montana.  The scenery is quite nice around here.

Near the barn was an abandoned railway track — the wood in the ties splintering with age, rails rusted, weeds extensively covering the tracks.

Elegant decay.
