Britain's Parliament is now considering a bill, proposed by the Housing Minister, to remove London-only restrictions that have made it illegal for tenants and homeowners to rent out their space for short stays without complicated planning permission and other restrictions.
Under the proposed bill, hosts would be allowed to rent out their premises through Airbnb, Homestay, OneFineStay and others for up to three months a year. From the Guardian (UK) MORE
