April 10, 2018: Paradise Valley, Nevada

A road trip last year took me through northern Nevada.  I came across an unusually pretty place in the desert, relatively green and lush, known as Paradise Valley.   A home for horse and cattle ranchers.

Don’t know much about the region but it is grabbed my attention enough to make me pull over and snap a few photos.  I can imagine how welcoming the river and greenness would have been to those pioneers who settled here.
