Bombardier shows off the CS100 plane at English Airshow

 

Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier showed off its new CS100 plane at the Farnborough International Airshow in Hampshire, England last week and had its first commercial flight for Swiss Air. The plane features wider seats and larger windows, aisles, and luggage compartments than many commercial jets.

If you want a thing done, ask a busy man.

Like the Airbus, it's parts are made in several places and assembled in Montreal.

The composite wings are manufactured and assembled at a purpose built state of the art factory at the Bombardier Aerostructures and Engineering Services (BAES) site in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
