British Airways to give peanut allergy announcement

On Feb. 18, British Airways will become the first major international airline to include, in their flight announcements, a request for people sitting in the vicinity of a passenger with a peanut allergy to not eat nut products.

Allergic Living confirmed the announcement change from British Airways and their editor, Gwen Smith said: “The British Airways PA announcements are a big win for the food allergy community.”
