Dinner in the Sky, a novelty restaurant concept that suspends diners, waiters, tables and chairs 150 feet in the air for a pricy dinner will operate in Brussels this summer. Other versions operate in a number of other cities.
For two weeks, and at €295 a pop, 22 diners at a time are lifted into the air by a crane and dine with amazing views of the city below, if they don't suffer from acrophobia. Chefs from different local restaurants will do the cooking, but will not fly.
If the three-seatings a day main offer is a bit rich for your blood, there are options: you can book a cocktail session for €125, featuring three appetizers and three cocktails.
