Canadians Coming to Florida Despite Currency Slide

The Canadian dollar has dropped to it's lowest level compared to the U.S. dollar in more than a decade. It's worth roughly 75 cents to the U.S. dollar now. Despite the drop, Visit Florida estimated Canadian visits to Florida were only down 1.4 percent for the first three quarters of the year.
