Dec. 3, 2018: Cossit House, Nova Scotia

The Cossit House was built in 1787 and is one of the oldest houses on Cape Breton Island still standing. The house depicts the  18th century life of original owner Reverend Ranna Cossit and his family through costumed interpreters.

Reverend Cossit was the first Anglican minister of the region and he played a important role in the history in Sydney’s social and political life.
