Discovering Rolled Ice Cream

It's a sweltering summer day on a trip to College Station, Texas, and my teenage daughter and I search Trip Advisor for a refreshing ice cream treat and come up with…rolled ice cream??

It is delicious and cold (a necessity in a Texas summer), but what surprises us most about Freezing Cow Rolling Ice Cream is the friendly, post-it note vibe. Before we leave we pen our own note and add it to the wall!
