Ducks of the Alcazar, Seville

No secret, I'm easily distracted by ducks.

These ducks have the pleasure of living in the gardens of a royal palace, the Alcazar of Seville, home (at least part-time) to Spanish monarchs since the 13th century. Although, it doesn't seem that important to the ducks.

Special kudos to this mother who seemed intent on training her ducklings and moving them about the premises despite hundreds of visitors wandering through the garden, and some of them staring at her and snapping photos.

The sizable fountain built to grace the realms of the kings seems perfectly adapted to their pleasure, with a special shallow area that's in use below for swimming lessons.
