Fall Colors at Fish Creek Provincial Park, Calgary

One of my favorite places to hike when I lived in Calgary was in a large urban provincial park named for the creek that ran through it.

Fish Creek had some nice stands of aspens, and when fall arrived -- usually early to mid-September -- the colors were quite lovely, as you can see.
