GM to partner with Lyft for Self-Driving Rides

General Motors announced today that it is working with ride-hailing service, Lyft, on a $500 million project to create an network of on-demand, autonomous vehicles in the US.

And is rumored that Ford will use its keynote address at CES in Las Vegas to announce a partnership with Google that focuses on building self-driving cars.
