The Strasburg Train – Pennsylvania.
Climb aboard the larger-than-life steam train and enjoy a round-trip ride through the tranquil Amish countryside to Paradise, PA and back.
This is the most relaxing day I have on my annual tour of the American north east.
This magnificent Steam Locomotive is much larger than any working train I can ride at home in the UK.
With its open air carriages it passes through farms and playgrounds. The kids all wave – and you have to wave back. Wonderful Museum too.
