Sure, it's cold now, and seems like months to go to Spring, but keep this hopeful feathered friend and the beach in mind and it will help the time pass.

 

This picture is from an early summer break in Maine; the beach is near the Cape Elizabeth lighthouses just south of Portland. In case you can't wait for summer, Portland and the Casco Bay area tout themselves as a four-season attraction. More info HERE.

I think updates of this picture should be a recurring reminder of the seasons.  Add coats to the chair, take them away.   Add hot beverages, change to cold.  And in fits of summer euphoria, add bathing suits, take them away...   I'll be watching!
