Gumbo's Pic of the Day, Feb. 16, 2014: A Pensive Gull

This gull seems to have something on his mind as he waits patiently on a piling along Seaview Avenue in the Ballard area of Seattle at dusk. The presence of fishing boats and a well-known seafood restaurant from whose patio the picture was taken might just have something to do with his thoughts.
