Junk Art, Minturn, Colorado

I genuinely admire clever and creative people.  When I see what some artists craft with junk metal, my own imagination (and talent) seems to be so very limited.

I like to visit and stroll through the small Colorado town of Minturn, partially because of its fun summertime Saturday Farmers’ Market, partially because you never know what you’ll find.  I came across this piece in front of a small shop and especially loved how junk metal was crafted into this beautiful statue of a grazing horse.

And when I walked a few feet further there was an ancient washing machine that someone had incorporated into a planter beside their home.

Anybody else have any ‘junk art’ they’d like to share?  Please attached it as a comment.
