Hilton's app now looks out the window for you

Hilton has added a new feature to its booking app: Now you can not only choose your room in advance, you can check what you'll see from the window. The hotel chain has added a link between its floor plans and Google Maps to let you check what's downstairs.

It's already in place for 2500 hotels across Hilton's 13 brands, and will be available for all 4600+ locations by this summer. It will also become available on Hilton websites as well as the app.
