Japan really wants tourists to mind their manners

Last year we reported that Kyoto put out a manner's guidebook for tourists.  Now certain tourist spots in Japan  are putting up signboards  in English, Chinese and Korean with pictograms telling tourists what not to do.

In 2015, the number of foreign tourists to Japan hit a record high of 19.73 million. The Cabinet Office conducted a survey of 3,000 Japanese nationals nationwide last year to see the concerns from tourism. The top two concerns were were security  issues and a  growing trouble due to differences in etiquette, cultures and customs.
