Congratulations go to George G for finding Gumbo at the New Jardin Botanique du Nouveau-Brunswick ( New Brunswick Botantical Garden)

The Garden is on 17 acres in Edmundston and has over 80,000 plants. It opened in 1993 and is one of the Provinces top attractions.

The Garden has different yearly displays and eight thematic gardens. One of the thematic gardens and art installation is a stone circle , called Khronos where community can gather to look at the stars, use as a compass or contemplate creation.

What's unique about this garden is the herbalism workshops open to the public. Also the garden uses mosaicultures to depict local history and culture. Mosaiculture is a form of art that uses plants to accomplish drawings installed on the site will help you discover aspects of the local history and culture.
