We're used to seeing familiar and unfamiliar brands as we travel: the various multi-national consumer products corporations have seen to it that Crest and Coke are known everywhere.
But it was a bit of a surprise, in a market in Palermo, to recognize a familiar face among the familiar brands—but hiding under an alias!
