As the island of Cuba becomes more remote for many visitors the locals face unemployment, a drought and the failure of the rice and black bean crops. The Canadian "Snow Geese" are returning home and leaving this Island Paradise with Europeans looking for a cheap Hot Sun and Sand Vacation. Leaving Hotels 20% occupied.
