Korea-France Bilateral Cultural Exchange Kicked Off

The 2015-2016 Korea-France Bilateral Exchange was kicked off Sept 18th to commemorate the 130th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two sides. Artists and musicians performed Korea's royal Jongmyo Jeryeak at the Chaillot National Theater in Paris.

The Korean Year in France under the 2015-2016 Bilateral Exchange will take place in various French cities, including Paris, Nantes, Lyon and Nice. Korean music from traditional to modern plus artwork, fashion and photographs will be part of the exchange in France. The programs will run through August of next year.

The French exchange year in Korea will be towards the end of 2015 and will run throughout 2016.
