London Delays All Night Tube

London Underground's plan for an all-night service on Friday and Saturday on 5 key lines has been delayed. The launch was supposed to be this September 12. They want to settle their dispute with the train drivers over pay and conditions before launch. Two 24 hour strikes have occurred in the last few weeks by drivers because of Union opposition to management proposals so far.
