March 2, 2018: W. Burton Waterfall, Wensleydale, North Yorkshire

Another lovely Wensleydale waterfall.  A short walk from the West Burton’s pretty village green brings you to this shady spot with its small waterfall and the remains of the town mill. It is known as Cauldron Falls because of the beautiful plunge pool, and was one of the spots painted by Turner on his travels in the Dales.
