More Problems Getting A Cuba Travel Visa For Americans

The Cuban Interests Section ,shut down Visa Operations ,except for what it calls “humanitarian cases.”Their US bank, M&T decided to stop banking services for foreign missions and they could not find a replacement bank because of the US Trade Embargo

The People to People tour operators are in the midst of doing workarounds like having Visas waiting in Cuba or contacting Havana directly.
