Nov. 3. 2016: Ice Cream Parlor, Key West, FL

Wherever I’ve taken my kids – when they were young – we always called into an Ice Cream Parlor.

Even on a wet and grumpy day – it would put a smile on their little faces.

And if you left $20 behind the bar with the Jolly Ice Cream Man, you and the wife could sneak off for an ice cold beer across the street.

Chances are, now, my adult kids are already having a drink in the Bar while I drive there from work.

And they’ll leave before Dad too. Leaving me to pay their tab again !

The Circle of Life.

Interesting.  Our kids grew up in California where soft frozen yogurt was far more popular than ice cream.  I definitely more of a fan of ice cream.
